Jan Sandwich has been a professional actress for more than 25 years, appearing on stage, television and movies with Kurt Russell, Marie Osmond and Jamie Farr. She’s lent her voice to hundreds of radio commercials, sung every type of music and performed at major resorts throughout Arizona, but comedy has always been one of her special talents.
Jan has performed at both the Comedy Store and The Improv in Los Angeles and kept audiences laughing at hundreds of venues throughout the Southwest, appearing as one of her many hilarious characters. One of the very best is – “Ruthy, the Baglady”.
Based on the unforgettable “Little Old Lady on the Park Bench” character created for the 1960’s comedy show “Laugh-In”, Jan’s tribute to Ruth Buzzi has delighted people everywhere.
